Description:

Provide project management, subject matter expertise, and guidance to engineer and deploy emulated Cyber threat and exploitation support for the execution of Navy Red Team (NRT) Cyber operations.

  • Adapt existing industry exploits; and develop new exploits and payloads based on emerging Cyber threats to work within the Navy’s architectures.
  • Manage the development of new threat Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for inclusion in future Cyber operations.
  • Support NRT operations to develop technical capabilities and execute TTPs.
  • Assist with strategic planning, including software and hardware procurement, budget proposals, staffing of emerging Cyber lines of effort, and development of future TTPs.

Engineering Technician IV - WS-102

Qualifications:

  • Electronic Warfare or Radio Frequency experience
    • Strong understanding of RF theory and operation
    • Strong understanding of RF terminology
    • The ability to measure RF characteristics. Inclusive of: Signal strength, bandwidth, modulation type, etc.
    • The ability to competently use spectrum analyzers, signal generators, attenuators, amplifiers, and other RF instrumentation
    • The ability to calculate power by taking known and/or measured gains and losses in a RF path
    • The ability to accurately position receive and transmit antennas
    • The ability to deploy RF related hardware in a field environment. IE: Masts, towers, guy wires, ground anchors, cabling, connectors, etc.

  • Computers and networking experience
    • The ability to proficiently operate a variety of standard PC based programs. Such as: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer
    • The ability to input data into various user interface applications
    • The ability to save and transfer data via USB sticks, CDs, hard drives, or other storage devices
    • Knowledgeable with networking and component configuration set-up and troubleshooting.

  • Hand tool and maintenance knowledge
    • Strong working knowledge and the ability to use hand tools and technician diagnostic equipment. Tools included but not limited to this requirement are: Digital Multi Meters, Power Meters, Power Drills, Wrenches, Screw Drivers, Etc.
    • Work experience as a technician in any of the following fields is considered a plus

EWA Warrior Services has multiple positions for TEMPORARY employment in support of upcoming test events being conducted on Ft. Bliss and White Sands Missile Range. In order to be considered for employment a candidate must have a Current clearance of Secret or higher as well as a valid U.S. driver’s license. Successful candidates will be placed as the primary operator of various Electronic Warfare and mobile systems. Specific system training will be provided. In order to be considered for this position an individual must be proficient in the EW/RF skill set listed above. Additionally a candidate must be qualified in three of the remaining skill categories.

    • Knowledge of military protocol and standard operating procedures during FTX events

      • Basic RF understanding and competence in RF terminology

      • Familiarization with spectrum analyzers, signal generators, attenuators, amplifiers, and other RF components
      • Antenna deployment and alignment
      • Guy wire deployment
      • Mast and tower assembly deployment

  • Personal computer operator level experience
    • Ability to input data into an excel spreadsheet
    • Ability to input data into various user interface applications
    • Ability to save and transfer data via USB sticks, CDs, hard drives, or other storage devices

  • Hand tool and maintenance knowledge
    • Understanding and ability to use basic hand tools. Such as: Screwdrivers, hammers, tape measure, wrenches, sockets, allen head wrenches, etc.
