Software Designer/Engineer - GSI-290
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Master's Degree preferred. 2 to 4 years experience in software engineering/development using C, C++, C#, and/or Java in both Windows and POSIX environments. Familiarity with MIL-STD software development, open architecture and radar or electronic warfare systems desired. Experience with MATLAB, database design, electronic warfare modeling and simulation, and GIS based visualization a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Description of Work:
EWA Government Systems Inc. (EWA-GSI), Fairmont, West Virginia, has an immediate opening for a pro-active and team oriented Software Engineer to augment the core team that develops and implements a variety of computer based products for our military customers. This position is in support of programs related to Navy electronic warfare systems. Typical duties include development of requirements, development of design specifications, implementation of developed system specifications, test plan and procedure development, system testing and installation support.

Electronic Warfare Operational and Test Analysts - GSI-289
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years working in electronic warfare, unless specific background in EW operational test and evaluation. It is expected that most personnel selected will have as a minimum a BA or BS and a military background in EW, IO, IA, or CNO. Personnel will be required to develop DoD policy, test planning, and tactics, techniques and procedures which will require excellent writing skills to meet this mission.

Description of Work:
Multiple personnel are required with experience with backgrounds in Operational Electronic Warfare with a focus on airborne operations. Personnel should have a background in EW intelligence, operational testing, and/or tactics development. Personnel must possess excellent writing skills to convey test and analysis results to government leadership and agencies. This work is highly independent work requiring individual background and knowledge in Electronic Warfare and requires a high level of initiative to support the customer. Individuals selected will be part of a team to lead the DoD's joint testing of electronic warfare systems, concepts, and tactics.

Position: Information Assusrance Analyst or Engineer - GSI-288
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree required. A BS degree in Computer Sciences/Information Assurance/Engineering is preferred. At a minimum, a professional background in computer security is required. Computer Defense certifications and/or CISSP certification is a plus. Candidate must have a clear understanding of published DoD and Service policies and procedures on Network Security. A background in joint exercise planning and/or test and evaluation planning is preferred. Excellent writing skills are a must. Unrestricted passport is required and individual physically able to travel world-wide. Estimated travel averages about a week a month.

Description of Work:
The Project Lead's primary position will be to act as the liaison between the COCOM’s IA exercise staff and the Army Test and Evaluation Command who conducts IA exercises world-wide. Individual will be responsible to coordinate all exercise activities, including assist in the development of UJTLs, MSELs, and MOPS/MOES for IA evaluations. Project Lead will work closely with senior military and government personnel. Individual will assist in the analysis of collected exercise data and prepare draft reports for both executive level and operator feedback. The Project lead will attend and participate in planning conferences with and for the government leads on these exercises. Individual must continue to educate himself on network defense technologies and understand DoD and the individual Services policies and procedures on Computer Network Defense.

Position: Network Traffic Analyst - GSI-278

Description of Work:
EWA Government Systems Inc., Bowling Green, KY has multiple openings for Network Traffic Analysts. These positions will be based out of Bowling Green, KY. As a Network Traffic Analyst, these individuals will be required to evaluate network traffic patterns on near-real time basis and file reports hourly on malicious network traffic and/or institutional policy violations on various computer networks. In addition, successful candidates will perform research on new malicious traffic patterns. These Network Traffic Analysts will work closely with government personnel. There is a potential for extended work assignments in the DC-area. Individuals must continue to educate themselves on network defense technologies, IDS technologies, and IA policies.

Position: Electronics Test Technician - GSI-252
Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in electronics or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in RF test environment, including system under test (SUT) and ambient noise measurements. Experience with Rohde & Schwarz Spectrum Analyzer equipment preferred. Computer: Microsoft & Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Automated test development and Ethernet network experience a plus. Excellent English language communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Description of Work:
Responsible for testing RF transmitters, receivers and related electronic products, including both production and prototype units. Duties include, but are not limited to: Setup & operation of spectrum analyzers (SA), associated equipments and cabling (including remote Linux-based SA control PCs & related external peripherals) to conduct signal monitoring experiments in the VHF and UHF frequency bands. Properly following all prescribed test procedures and standards. Preparing detailed reports & other paperwork as requested by the Test Supervisor. Troubleshooting RF analysis subsystem down to the device level, and providing Test Engineers with relevant information.
