Senior Radar System Engineer

Qualifications
Experience with system design, requirements generation, and integration and test, preferably with direct experience in radar and/or EW systems. Ability to be a key engineer and provide project leadership and technical direction to software and hardware design engineers. Excellent communications skills and ability to support customer relations. BS in Physics or EE required - MS in Physics, EE, or Systems Engineering preferred. 10-15 years experience.

EWA Government Systems, Inc. located in Mount Laurel, NJ, specializes in the development of radar systems and radar related products for the Department of Defense and other U.S. Government agencies. Our radar programs involve all phases of development from requirements generation through hardware and software design, fabrication, integration and test. •Specific Capabilities Desired: -Hardware and Software Specification Generation -Allocation of System Requirements to HW/SW -Understanding of Hardware and Software Capabilities as related to Radar/EW RF and Digital Hardware Receiver Analysis Realtime Computing Digital Signal Processing Design trade-off analysis -System Modeling (eg MathCad, Matlab, Labview) -Applied Radar Theory -Radar / EW Algorithm Development -Integration and Test Requirements Traceability Development of Integration Plans Development of Test Procedures.
